What a brilliant way to show off your product!
The message is everything. (via Daring Fireball)
The spoken word is brilliant. The animation is equally brilliant. It improvises, moves, thinks like it were alive. No specific style but a series of connections. This should be played in every classroom.
Cute. I love the way kid explore stories, not just tell them. Similar to Kid History.
A new web series that follows a weed delivery man and various clients he caters to. Fantastic performances with writing that feels and sounds so real that I can’t imagine the dialogue to be anything but transcriptions from real conversations. Sample below.
A lovely short by Disney Animation. The style is a mix of modern and old. The story, especially the resolution, is classic Disney. That’s where it kinda disappoints. We like magic on screen, it works but the resolution I wished came from the non-magical. Still, I loved it.
I love split screen and this absolutely nails that aesthetic. Lovely idea, executed beautifully.
Sometimes, the physical beauty of a performer is all it takes to create something interesting. This is one of those times.
This video was shot with a new Red B&W camera so if that info interests you, head over here.
If this timelapse could play in a loop at home when I woke up every morning, I’d be a happier man. I know, I know, you have seen so many timelapse videos, you are on an official boycott. Give this video a chance. It will be worth your time.
This is fantastic. Great father, cute kid and a expressive little train.
You don’t need to add any drugs to this party, it’s stoned enough.
Timelapse from the International Space Station. Not the intent of the filmmakers but I’m reminded how delicate our little ball of earth is. Lovely montage of source material from NASA.
