Ticklinks: Tastelessly Tasteful
You’re warned. It is very likely that you’ll find one or even all of these videos went too far for your tastes…
- Geriatric Lemon Party - Things are dull at the retirement home until someone shouts, “Lemon Party!” From Talk Show with Spike Feresten.
- Apple: 17 Inches - Spoof of the popular Apple Switch commercials. Yes, it’s exactly what you’re thinking about.
- Hand Vagina - I have no words for this one…
Bonus videos:
- Hungry Pussy - No, it’s not what you’re thinking of.
- Horny Doctors - It’s Grey Anatomy without the uninteresting parts…
The Carpenter & his Clumsy Wife

A dark comedy about a brilliant carpenter who cannot help himself from improving on his wife. The film is a mix of Absent Minded Professor and a 70’s Horror flick. Well directed by Peter Foott (the name is kinda odd once you’ve seen the film). Winner for best comedy at LA International Short Film Festival.

The legend of The Simpsons
Awesome article in Vanity Fair about The Simpsons. The story starts with the show’s humble beginnings to its glorious present. It is structured around the quotes from Conon O’Brien, Barry Dilly, Jim Brooks, Rupert Murdoch (roll eyes), Hank Azaria, Brad Bird and other major figures from the show.
The Simpsons began as short animated breaks on The Tracey Ullman Show, one of those segments mentioned in the article is the Burping Contest which you can watch here. There are plenty of clips from that time period that can be found on Youtube.

The Libertine

By luck, my Wife and I happened to be in Blockbuster, I hadn’t been there in about 9 months (Netflix has been all that!!). And by luck, I found The Libertine starring Johnny Depp, Samantha Morton and John Malkovich. I was less excited than my wife, I dread period pieces but because I usually hog the Netflix queue, I decided to give in. The movie was incredible, one of the best I have ever seen. The acting was brilliant, no one, I repeat no one in the cast was even a slightly bit off. The camera moved unlike other period pieces — handheld, moving, breathing. The lighting was mostly candlelight. There was film grain everywhere. It was more ugly than pretty but it worked.
Of course, the movie is not available online but the beautiful opening prologue is.

As you can guess from the title, this animated short by JG Quintel is completely freaked out. It’s about what may (not) happen when you’re on acid.
The visual appeal is very rough, but the short still works good for me.
