We have mentioned this video before but here is the actual video. Better than I’d imagined, some shots are breathtakingly beautiful. The technique is to elongate the shutter while somone draws with light. If there is a person in the picture, you’d increase the exposure for that split second. I have seen it done before but this still remains tremendous.
