List of Top animations

I found a list of “Top Ten Animated shorts on Youtube!” via Ack. As expected, I would disagree with the list but some of my favorites are there including many we have covered here before, like the incredible Abigail.

These are some of those shorts that have not been talked about at Ticklebooth and should’ve been:

• Fast Film – For whatever reason, I thought we had covered this short but we hadn’t. Combines several classic movies to create an adventure. In one work, I’d describe it as brilliant.

• Balance – One of the shorts I first saw on Res Magazine DVD’s before Ticklebooth was started. It is one of the classic minimalist pieces that whatever issues you project, it can handle.

• She She She She’s A Bombshell – Animated short that sacrifices mood for personality. Something animations rarely wish to do. The main character is an absolute hoot.
