Jeffrey Lewis - Anxiety Attack
Posted by Ajit on October 23, 2006.

When the video first started to flicker, I expected another cliche-rich music video. But very soon after, the song and the video started to grow on me. Part of it, I think, is that the video is not asking me to experience the anxiety attack as much it is asking for my compassion. Those youthful but sad faces sucked me into their sorrow, quite moving really.

Well, that one hit home. Perfectly described my sleepless nights that come every 3-4 nights.

I didn’t realise the world was so stressful
but it sure told me.
I can really relate to that feeling of being wrapped in cling film. Guys I’m doing a talk on mental health and that really sums up anxiety for me can I use it?
Very interesting. I can relate too.
Anxiety & panic attacks can be terrifying. I’ve been there.
