I am a survivor of Hurricane Katrina. I was also featured in Spike Lee's HBO Documentary; "When The Levees Broke." If it were not for Spike Lee our story would not have been told. I thank God for him and his vision. Spike Lee allowed each person who he interviewed to tell their own story. He showed us that it was not about him and how much he cared for us. He was also instrumental in helping me to write my story; "Not Just The Levees Broke" My Story During and After Hurricane Katrina." Foreword by: Spike Lee. He's a fair man.
